CDs poorly administered by NHS

The Healthcare commission have decided urgent improvements need to be made to the management and administration of controlled drugs at a drugs dependency unit run by Bolton, Salford and Trafford Mental Health Trust.

An investigation published today by the Healthcare commission, was started after concerns were raised about a number of errors in the administration of controlled drugs.
